Our collars, cuffs, and anklets have either a hex-screw lock, combination lock, or padlock and come with a key.
They can be opened at anytime by whomever has the key or combination, so are not considered permanent. While they are extremely durable and strong and cannot be forced or broken open, for safety reasons they can be opened in other ways in case of emergency.
At this time, we do not sell items that cannot be removed quickly in case of emergency.
